About the role

This position is responsible for providing customer end-to-end support through-out the order management process for all products, including the receipt, verification of terms, pricing, processing and delivery of the customer purchase order in alignment with all associated functions. This also includes customer requests to return products. Identify and summarize process issues, support the Customer & Sales Support Manager with functional input, help prioritizing and prepare appropriate solutions.

What you will do

  • Provide a first-class Customer and Sales Support that acts in line with the business priorities & strategy and the Cantel CS mission
  • Processing of all incoming customer requests
  • Primary point and responsible for all end-to-end customer service activities with focus on customer satisfaction
  • Professional, structured and efficient preparation of quotations including the delivery and processing of the relevant orders according to the applicable procedures, policies, and standards
  • Verification of invoicing or credit notes
  • Manage, record, and follow up on return material requests and customer concerns
  • Enter and update all data into SAGE or other system and review for accuracy (pricing, payment terms, freight terms, product availability, etc.)
  • Track, monitor and report sales data via BI systems (e.g. Qlik)
  • Collaborate and align closely with all related functions, i. e. Sales, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Production and Marketing to maximize revenue through the order life cycle by providing superior customer satisfaction
  • Distribute leads and inquiries to the Sales team
  • Analyze and summarize customer issues in order to prepare appropriate solutions/clarifications to respond to customers

What we are looking for

  • Middle level education with working experience in a customer service position, preferred in the medical device field or similar
  • Resilient; ability to work in a Customer Contact-center/office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently
  • Culturally sensitive
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Be proficient in the use of IT including ERP/CRM/BI Systems, MS Office, SAP
